Pre-Borwick Excitement!
Borwick Hall
As you can see we are all extremely excited for our Borwick Hall trip! I think we may have brought enough clothing for a YEAR but hey, better safe than sorry.
Watch this space for lots of photos of the action and have a lovely relaxing time without us!
See you all on Friday
Year 6
Welcome to year 6!!
Welcome everyone to what we hope will be a most fantastic and memorable year for your child at St Cuthbert's Catholic Academy.
With this being their final year, your children are set to have an extremely rewarding time in year 6 starting with a trip to Borwick Hall!
Throughout the year they will have lots of responsibilities and privileges such as 'prefect' and 'head boy/girl' roles to fulfill.
Your children are now role models for the entire school so please ensure that they wear the correct uniform at all times. Lines and patterns shaved into boys' hair cuts are strictly prohibited and are against the school uniform policy. Similarly, any earrings warn (by boys or girls) must be studs or sleepers. Sensible school shoes must be worn at all times - no trainers!
PE will be every Friday so please ensure that your child has a full kit in school as soon as possible.
Please feel free to ask me any questions or express any concerns you may have throughout the year.
Thank you
Mrs Higgins

The garden has been planted yet again!
Thanks to all the Morrisons Lets Grow vouchers, we have been able to turn the planters into a fruit garden. Year 6 were busy planting a selection of fruit bushes gooseberries, black currants, red currants and blue berries. We will be opening a jam store in the near future if we get a good enough harvest.
Ignore the test.
This is the actual Year 6 blog. If you can read this on the website then all is well.
